"I pray God shows me when to quit music before I ruin my legacy" â Davido

Afrobeats superstar Davido has opened up about his biggest fear saying he constantly prays for the wisdom to know when it’s time to step away from music.
Speaking on the subject, the singer referenced football icon Cristiano Ronaldo, whom he described as a good friend, noting that despite everything the Portuguese legend has achieved, he still faced criticism during the World Cup.
Davido said he doesn’t want to stay in the game for too long and risk overshadowing the legacy he has built.
“My biggest fear is not knowing when to quit music. Look at Ronaldo, he’s my good friend by the way. After everything he’s done for football, they still laughed at him during the World Cup. I pray to God every day to show me the right time to pack it up, so that I don’t use one small thing to spoil it,” he said.
